Dirk completed his third triathlon (for the season) last Sunday. He did great. The boys and I cheered him on and then we headed down to the aqaurium. Ben really loved the aqaurium. Ben is at the age where they love to walk/run around and look at everything. Peter really liked the audio tour and just soaked up all the new information he was hearing. It was really fun.
We just got home from Coast Guard Day here on the base at Yorktown-what a fun time. I did walk the 5K run this morning which pales in comparisson with Dirk's triathalons. Oh well, we each do what we are capable of. I was inspired to train hard over the winter to be able to RUN in the 5K next year and to compete strongly in the 50 plus catagory. The boys are darling and you guys make a great looking family. Love you lots-Martina
